How it works

What actually happens in a session.

Not a class. Not 1:1 personal training. Coaching that fits around your life, not the other way around.

Coached

A real coach runs every session. They watch your form, adjust your weight, and know your history. Not someone pressing play on a playlist.

Programmed

Your program lives on your phone in the Metaform App. You log your numbers as you go. The coach is on the floor watching form, calling out corrections, and adjusting the work when injury or recovery says they should.

Six people max

We cap every session at six. Enough energy in the room to keep you pushing, few enough that the coach actually knows you.

Yes, completely. Your first two sessions are one-on-one with a head coach who'll walk you through every movement. By the time you join the semi-private floor, you know what you're doing.

It might shape your program but it shouldn't stop you. The head coaches who run your induction sessions specialise in injury management. Let them know what's going on and they'll build around it.

Two sessions, both one-on-one with a head coach. They'll get to know your history, your goals, and how your body actually moves. After that, if you want to keep training, you pick a weekly membership. If not, you don't.

No. Memberships are weekly. Pause, change how many sessions you do per week, or cancel. All of it any time.
